Terms and conditions

Welcome to Tasra Surf & Flow. By accepting our terms and conditions, you declare a full consent without reservations on our general policies. These terms and conditions are made only to insure a smooth and happy stay with us, including surfing, yoga, and any other side activities that may be scheduled during your stay until your checkout date.

Tasra Surf & Flow : We, us, the host, the surf camp.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Every guest is responsible for their actions, behaviors, and decisions. During the stay, the client has the obligation to act in an educated manner and as a responsible adult. In the event of disrespect of the rules in force and the rules of good behavior, of complaint of people, deterioration of material or other, WE reserve the right to break the contract binding us to our customer and to cancel, without refund, all or the remainder of their stay.

2. Tasra Surf & Flow disclaims all liability for personal injury, death of persons and/or pets, injury to persons or property, or damage to any property whatsoever.

3. We are not responsible for any problem of non-compliance with health, administrative and customary customs practices in the country (alcohol, daytime or nighttime aggression, conflicts with inhabitants or local authorities, traffic, possession or consumption narcotics during the trip) and any serious consequences that may result (fines, imprisonment, hospitalization or death).

4. The guest adheres to the Moroccan law concerning the consumption of alcohol in certain areas.

5. The client will be responsible for any accommodation, travel, or other expenses incurred as a result of the completion of the camp services. The customer will immediately pay the amount equivalent to any loss or damage caused to Tasra Surf & Flow. We reserve the right not to accept future bookings from the client or members of their group, or to cancel existing bookings that the client or members of their group may have.

6. Our staff and instructors coach and accompany our clients during activities. They give guests the necessary advice to carry out the activities, but are not responsible in any case for the safety of the customers, their wounds, injuries caused to third persons or their death/the death of a third person during their session surfing, yoga, or any other activity proposed during their stay.

7. The participant acknowledges that they are responsible to comply with all obligations, rules, and instructions provided by the surf camp. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense, or delay suffered or incurred due to the participant’s failure to comply with any of their obligations, including but not limited to safety guidelines, activity instructions, or any other requirements communicated by the surf camp.

8. The participant acknowledges that it is their responsibility to follow all reasonable instructions provided by Tasra Surf & Flow, including but not limited to specified check-in and check-out times, meeting places, and any other instructions related to the activities of the trip. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense, or delay suffered or incurred due to the participant’s failure to follow reasonable instructions provided by our staff.

9. The participant acknowledges that the surf camp is not responsible for any injuries, damages, losses, or delays that may occur both during organized activities and within the camp premises. The participant agrees to participate in all activities at their own risk and holds the camp harmless from any liability arising from personal injury, including death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, during the entire duration of the trip.

10. Any trip or stay interrupted or abbreviated or any ground service not consumed by the participant, for any reason whatsoever, will not give rise to any refund.

11. No dispute regarding the price of the trip may be taken into consideration on return. It is up to the customer to assess before their departure if the price suits them by accepting at the same time the fixed price, including a whole series of services whose prices cannot be detailed by the organizer.

12. Ending your holiday early: if you decide to end your holiday early and leave Tasra Surf & Flow before your scheduled booking is completed, we are unable to refund any travel arrangements or bookings made with us. We will not provide refunds for any portion of the holiday or services that were not utilized, nor will we be responsible for any related expenses you may face. Depending on your situation, your travel insurance may cover early termination. Any claims should be submitted directly to your travel insurance provider.

13. No refund will be made for reasons related to bad surf conditions – or none at all – or to an unfavourable weather delay or cancel of the service provided during a surfing holiday.

14. In case of “force majeure”, such as accidents, injuries, war, political events, strikes, epidemics, natural or technical disasters, airport or infrastructure closures, canceled flights, or any other external causes beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible for trip cancellations.

15. The guest is responsible for the protection of their health. As for any trip, the customer must be covered by a travel insurance which covers the assistance and medical expenses of the customer and the persons appearing on the reservation, insurance in case of accident, repatriation, luggage insurance, cancellation insurance, third party liability, insurance for surfing and / or yoga. It is the customer’s responsibility to check their insurance coverage.

16. The client is responsible for obtaining travel insurance with adequate insurance cover for the duration of the stay at Tasra Surf & Flow and all activities that the client intends to undertake during this stay. This insurance must be effective before arriving and must cover the entire stay.

17. The participant explicitly declares any medical reservations as far as their active surfing is concerned. 19. They are responsible to disclose any medical concerns or reservations in regards to surfing, yoga, or any other physical activity offered during their stay. Participants must be at least 18 years old, and any minors must be accompanied by an adult. Minors under 18 years of age may only attend a service provided by Tasra Surf & Flow if they are accompanied by a person over the age of 18, whom assumes full responsibility for the safety and behavior of the minor(s).

18. In the event of an accident requiring repatriation, the costs shall be borne by the client’s travel or other existing insurance. If the repatriation health is not confirmed but the customer decides however an early return, the costs incurred for the redemption of airfare or any service not provided for in the contract will be borne by the customer – same for unused services.

19. For pregnant women older than five months into term (at the time of travel), a declaration of release of liability must be made at the time of booking.

20. Each person surfs under their own responsibility, knowing their respective level and the possible risks related to currents, tides, weather, fauna and flora of the environment, the aquatic environment, and other surfers.

21. You declare yourself physically fit and have no health problems that would make you or a third person physically incapable during the surf and/or yoga lessons, and participation in any paid or free activity offered during the stay.

22. Surfing is a sport that comes with inherent risks. The client recognizes, accepts, and understands the importance of being conscious of the potential dangers involved in surfing, such as: currents, the changing tides and conditions of the ocean, pointed edges of surfboards, collisions with fellow surfers, predators like sharks and orcas, coral reefs, and etc. The customer acknowledges that accidents have the potential to cause harm or even be fatal, and can happen whilst surfing. The customer will have acknowledged these dangers and know to take caution prior to trip activities.

23. For all equipment rentals, the client should provide Tasra Surf & Flow with a security deposit and photo ID/passport photocopy to secure the safety of our materials and equipment. If there is any damage or change in the condition of the materials, Tasra Surf & flow reserves the right to take the equivalent amount from the deposit for repairing or replacing the damage, or more if the loss incurred is higher than the deposit.

 

24. Tasra Surf & Flow holds no responsibility for any losses or damages caused by the customer to themselves or to third parties, and/or any property as a result of the use of the equipment and/or rented equipment.

25. All personal equipment or possessions of the customer are under their own responsibility at all times. Tasra and its staff will not accept any responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of this equipment and property.

26. The reservation is confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email from Tasra Surf & Flow. The amount shown on the quote must be paid when you arrive to check-in, in cash (EUROS), before the start of the services.

27. Rates include only the services detailed in the chosen packages. They do not include services before or after the arrival of the client to Tasra Surf & Flow nor the transportation costs to/from the camp (airfare, train, taxi etc.), tips, drinks, and/or any other personal expense. Any other charges not mentioned in the form remain at the guest’s expense.

28. Check-in begins from 13h, and checkout must be at or before 11am, regardless of the arrival and departure times unless exempt by special circumstance.

29. Departure and return delays may occur due to airplane traffic, frequent transport rotations, security regulations, strikes, technical issues, weather conditions, or flight cancellations. These delays may not entitle passengers to reimbursement or compensation from Tasra Surf & Flow.

30. Cancellation policy is as follows— for more than 6 weeks: Refund of the deposit minus 50€ of administrative fees; within 4 to 6 weeks before arrival date: 40% of holiday costs; within 2 to 4 weeks before arrival: 50% of holiday costs; less than 2 weeks before arrival: 100% of the holiday costs/no refunds.

31. The videos, photos, and other media that may be taken or recorded during your stay at Tasra Surf & Flow could be used for promotional purposes without any constrictions (unless previously stated by the guest)
